Refund policy

Items purchased within the last 7 days of the receiving date of the goods are eligible for a refund or exchange. After 7 days, no refunds or exchanges on any products will be accepted.

Restocking Fee

For eligible refunds, there will be a 20% restocking fee to the value of the product. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with restocking returned items such as inspection.

Refund and Exchange Eligibility:

• The item must remain in its original packaging with an unbroken seal.
• Please include the purchase invoice or receipt with your return package.
• Items purchased during a sale or promotion are not eligible for return or exchange.
